CAN I CONTINUE DOING MY FAVOURITE FITNESS CLASSES?

Absolutely! We ask you to complete 3 x full body workouts which we have specifically designed to help you develop a balanced physique. If you wish to add any additional classes that is fine, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your recovery.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED IF I'M TRAINING AT HOME?

A pair of dumbbells and a small booty band.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUT?

Between 30-50 minutes, depending if you’re training at home or in the gym.

HOW DO WE ASK YOU QUESTIONS DURING THE CHALLENGE?

You can tag us in the group chat with any individual questions and we will reply within 24 hours. You can also ask us questions in your check-ins and we will answer them in our podcast or live q&a.

I HAVE A HOLIDAY PLANNED DURING THE CHALLENGE, IS THERE ANY POINT JOINING OR SHOULD I WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE?

Our aim is to teach you how to balance your activity and nutrition, whilst still being able to have a life! Many of our clients have been away during the challenge and have returned feeling amazing. You will always be juggling life and social events, so the best time to learn is when you’re busy!

I HAVE AN UNDERLYING HEALTH CONDITION, AM I STILL OKAY TO JOIN?

I AM PERI MENOPAUSAL AND CAN'T LOOSE ANY WEIGHT, CAN YOU HELP ME?

We have a huge group of ladies that are peri/post menopausal. You will be added to a group in the app with other women in the same position. You can help support each other through this journey.

IS THIS PLAN SUITABLE FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? E.G. VEGAN

Yes, we cater to all needs.

I HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINER. SHOULD I STILL TRAIN WITH THEM?

Yes of course! You can do a hybrid of sessions (depending on how many times a week you train with them).

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIGN UP?

Once you have signed up you will receive a detailed step by step guide. We like to get everyone set up and ready to go before the start date so that you are fully prepared & can do your food shop!
